Pad printing aluminum sheet, also called a tampo print aluminum cliché, is an anodized aluminum base for pad printing.
Unlike regular aluminum sheet, it uses precision polishing and controlled anodizing to create an ultra-smooth surface.
The surface is scratch-free and burr-free.
It performs well under laser engraving: fast heat dissipation avoids deformation, engraved edges stay clean for doctor blade scraping. Dense oxide layer resists solvent corrosion from pad printing ink, extending plate life to 10,000–30,000 impressions.
Available alloy: 1060 / 1070 / 3003, customizable thickness from 0.5mm to 3mm, custom cut-to-size.
Widely used for logo marking, date codes, and serial numbers.
It also handles small graphics on electronics, hardware, and auto parts.
Use it for cosmetic packaging and gifts.
Our sheets pass flatness inspection batch by batch to guarantee consistent ink transfer and sharp tiny text & fine lines.
